Friday Buys 3/2-9/12 + some news

I only bought one book this week.  I wasn't even going to do that, but Mimi Valentine's review for Switched by Amanda Hocking convinced me to go buy the used (but pretty much brand new) copy of the book I'd seen at the used bookstore the other day.  It totaled $3 and I'm a happy girl! :)

Switched by Amanda Hocking

From NetGalley I received for review:

That's a lot...and like I say every time - I hope I have time for it all... ;)

As for the news...  Well, the official post will be posted some time next month, but basically I won't be able to do much blogging this month....and since I reached 200 followers this week, I will be hosting a giveaway in the beginning of April! :D  So, good and bad news.  Details to come!

ALSO....on Monday, I have my review of Pretty Crooked, a giveaway (EEEEEKK!!!) and an AWESOME interview with Elisa Ludwig, who, in my opinion, is fantabulous.  As is her book.  Just you wait.  It's coming out next Tuesday and I'm ECSTATIC!! :D

So...that's all folks!
Happy reading and happy springtime and happyhappyhappy! ;P

  1. Awww ,you are honestly too sweet for words, Sierra!! <3 I'm so happy that my review convinced you to buy Switched, and $3 is SUCH an amazing deal! I'm practically giddy for excitement hoping that you'll like it -- it was such a sweet book, and I've heard the series only gets better! Plus, isn't the cover just gorgeous? :)

Ally Carter is FANTASTIC. I can't wait to read Romeo Redeemed. And oh my gosh, I love Elisa Ludwig and her book too!!! Sounds like you have an amazing week ahead of you, Sierra --both with books and authors! ;) Have a great weekend! <3

  2. Wow, you're getting me excited for your review of Pretty Crooked! :)

  3. Switched for $3?! Holy cow, how DO you find these amazing deals??? It's incredible! You're so amazing. You'll have to tell me what you think, too. I've held off reading Switched for a while. I don't know why. Everyone says it's great. Hmmm...
Eeek! I can't wait to read your review for Pretty Crooked. I'll have to start reading it soon. :D

  4. I have the entire Trylle Trilogy now, and let me say, I thought I really wasn't going to like the series. I ended up liking Switched, but had mixed feelings on it. It might not be the same for you, but trust me, by the time you get to Ascend, the last book, you will be so in love, it's ridiculous. I absolutely loved the last book and really liked the second! *swoon*

The Wicked and the Just sure has been making the rounds, but I think it's Romeo Redeemed that has me all excited *grins* Can't wait to read that! :D

    Have an amazing reading week!

  5. Romeo Redeemed looks so good, but unfortunately I haven't read Juliet Immortal yet...
