Top Ten Tuesday: Books I'd Quickly Save If My House Was Going To Be Abducted By Aliens

This is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish!

This is an awesome theme!! :D  I'd say if our house got burnt down or something like that...but aliens are great too. ;)

Well, obviously, I could get another Bible if something happened to mine...but I love my Bible.  It's pretty darn amazing.

Incarceron and Sapphique by the Genius and Wonderful Catherine Fisher
I could never, EVER, pass up these books in my LIFE.

My Lauren Oliver books.  Mmmmmm.

Inkheart, Inkspell, Inkdeath
Cornelia Funke
The master of fairytales.
Favorite books.
First fantasy I ever read.
Still some of the best.
DUH.

N. D. Wilson
I mean, I'd grab the entire pile of his books.  There's no way I'm letting these go.  EVER.

The Idiot by Fyodor Dostoevsky
WOW.  This book seriously makes me fall in lovelovelovelovelove over and over and over again.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
I would have to grab this one from under a giant pile and run, but it would be worth it.  Oh, how it would be worth the falling books and the scurrying out, and possibly being abducted with the rest of the house because I couldn't get out in time.  Maybe I could use a few stupefy spells on the aliens to protect myself.
Or maybe not.

Link me up to your lists! :)

Happy reading!

  2. Great list - and that reminds me, I really should get Before I Fall, keep hearing fab things about it! I went for ones with sentimental value mostly... here if you want to check it out.
